Returns & Exchanges
If your order arrived damaged, message me within 5 days upon arrival with a picture attached to the message corresponding to the damaged section on the product, in order for me to be able to solve the issue! If a picture is not attached to the message, I will not be able to solve the issue. If I have agreed to replace the item, please allow at least 5 business days for me to ship the item. However, all sales are final and returns/exchanges are not accepted. Thank you for understanding.
Shipping
Items will be shipped within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends since the USPS is closed Saturday & Sunday).
Note: The USPS is closed on weekends, therefore, if you receive a notification that your item was shipped on Saturday or Sunday, please be aware that it will be accepted by the post office on Monday. That being said, the USPS can also take up to 72 hours to accept and process packages that have already been dropped off (business days). Thus, if you receive a notification that your order has been shipped and you notice that it still has not been accepted, please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be updated (business days).

[Wrong Address]:
When applying your shipping address, please be sure that you are applying every keyword correctly and that everything is placed under the correct category. The reason for this is to prevent any delays on your order and to prevent your package from being lost. If you notice that you have applied the incorrect shipping address, please contact me immediately BEFORE it has been shipped. Once I have dropped off your package at the USPS I am no longer responsible for your package. However, if you need help contacting them or have any other questions that I may assist with, you are more than welcome to contact me.

IMPORTANT: If your order has already been delivered/shipped and you notice that you have put the wrong address, I will have to charge the shipping and handling fee again to remake the entire order.

As of now I only accept PayPal because it offers a safer way to process orders. It will inform me when/if I have received any fraudulent orders.
